  1. Solar system is located at milky way galaxy in the Universe
  2. Sun is the star in solar system
  3. It has 8 planets Mercury, Venus, (our) Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune.
  4. All planets in Solar system are rotating itself and also rounding the Sun in their respective orbits.
  5. It has dwarf planets (Pluto, Ceres) , asteroids, moons, comets and lot more small objects.
  6. Largest planet is Jupiter 
  7. Smallest planet is Mercury
  8. Hottest planet is Venus and Coldest planet is Uranus 
  9. Nearest star from solar system is Proxima Centauri 
  10. Venus rotates from East to West. If we live in Venus we may see sun rises in the west (We may have to change proverb !! ). Interesting right 😀😀😀🔭🔭🔭

Hello Readers, Welcome to  Explain GK !! We will look at colours 🎨 at this post. C o l o u r s are playing essential role in our daily life. Mainly in textiles, paint and goods. We all have our favourite colours. We have found more than 16 million colours !!! Colours are related to science about light. Spectrum of light makes us to identify colours. When a white light (ex : mercury vapor lamp) passed via a prism will be splitted into multiple colour lines.
